PHILOSOPHY
PROGRAMS
TRAININGS
Practical leadership training to promote values like visionary, resoluteness, self-awareness, serving leadership, value-based leadership, awareness of own environment, continuous education and learning.
THINK-TANK
Regular "get together" events to discuss ideas and challenges, to share experiences and motivate each other.
A program based on a pragmatic and consultative approach helping young leaders by giving them different perspectives to address their business challenges and find own solutions.
NETWORKING
Plattform to increase the interaction between leaders, to develop partnerships for learning and growing together in an international environment.
PROGRAMS
SEEDS' programs are shaped to develop a new generation of young leaders who make the difference in their environments. Our programs are covering TRAINING, THINK-TANK, NETWORKING, and MENTORING. They intend especially to facilitate the knowledge sharing between experts abroad and local entrepreneurs and leaders.
